Out of the Lowlands
Out of the Lowlands was inspired by a scene I photographed in South Carolina. I loved the contrast between the dark, heavy clouds and that sudden break of light along the horizon.
There was something about that little bit of light beneath such a dramatic sky that I wanted to paint.
